LiteHost provides web hosting control panel services, including but not limited to:

• Web hosting management and automation
• Domain management and DNS control
• Database management
• Email services
• File management and FTP access
• Security and backup services

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to compromise system security

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Refund policies are specified in our separate refund policy document.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

LiteHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or non-payment of fees.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
